Abstract
The theory of a multielectron dimple on a thick helium film is offered . The diagram of the dimple stability is built and the drastically non -monotonous dependence of the total energy W of the dimple on the heli um film thickness d is considered. The results of calculations are com pared with the experimental data [1].
