Abstract
C-myc, c-fos, c-jun and c-mos products were localized in testis and ep igonal tissue of the elasmobranch, Scyliorhinus canicula, using immuno cytochemistry and Northern and Western blottings. In contrast to the s ituation in other vertebrates, these oncogenes do not seem to play a s ignificant role in spermatogenesis.
