Abstract
The participation of microtubules and microfilaments in steroidogenesi s of both theca (T) and granulosa (G) cells in mono- and coculture was assayed by monitoring the effect of colchicine (Col) and cytochalasin B (Cyt B) on estradiol (E2) secretion during 24 hours of culture. In coculture Col and Cyt stimulated E2 secretion, which suggests that bot h microtubules and microfilamentes are involved in E2 secretion.
