Abstract
Three cases of giant liver haemangioma were revealed by fever and biol ogical inflammatory changes, which disappeared after resection of the haemangioma. These rare symptoms accompanying li,er haemangioma may le ad to misdiagnosis. Resection whenever possible results in the disappe arance of symptoms, Anatomic necrotic changes inside the angioma seem to be the cause of these inflammatory patterns.
