Abstract
Twelve galaxies are identified as members of the IC 342/Maffei Group. The group has normal characteristics in terms of dimension and velocit y dispersion; and contains three giant systems with M(B)<-20. The dist ance to two of the members is determined putting the group at 3.6 +/- 0.5 Mpc. (C) 1995 American Astronomical Society.
