Abstract
In this report, we describe a case of a pregnancy in a 29 year old pat ient suffering from a new syndrome, the SAPHO syndrome (synovitis, acn e, pustulosis, hyperostosis, osteitis). The SAPHO syndrome improved co nsiderably during the course of this pregnancy and treatment with indo methacin ceased during gestation. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
