Abstract
A new case of Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) suffering ischemic heart di sease is reported. The patient was successfully operated on in our Ins titution and the bibliographic search showed only another case of such an association of diseases successfully treated by surgery. This pati ent proves that coronary artery surgery procedures are possible when O I complicates the cardiac ischemic syndrome.
