Abstract
The dominant contribution to the pi(0)-->4 gamma branching ratio, comi ng from the purely electromagnetic photon-splitting graph, is calculat ed. The result Br(pi(0)-->4 gamma)similar or equal to 2.6+/-0.1).10(-1 1) is about three orders of magnitude below the present experimental l imit. (C) 1995 American Institute of Physics.
