Abstract
We report the scintigraphic-appearances of painful bipartite patella i n 25-year-old man a 21/2 years history of unexplained patellar pain, P ainful bipartite patella is a rare cause of chronic post-traumatic pat ellar pain, Bone scintigraphy, by demonstrating increased uptake by th e painful accessory bipartite fragment, appears to be an imaging metho d of choice in the diagnosis of this condition.
