Abstract
Two new taxane diterpenoids, 1-hydroxy-2-deacetoxytaxinine J and 7,2'- bisdeacetoxyaustrospicatine, were isolated from the barks of Taxus wal lichiana together with 13 known compounds, including taxol. Their stru ctures were elucidated and identified by spectroscopic methods. The st ructure of 7,2'-bisdeacetoxyaustrospicatine was further confirmed by X -ray crystallographic analysis.
