Abstract
The modification of the enzymatic method was elaborated to determine t race quantities of organophosphorus warfare agents by thin layer chrom atography. The modification of the enzymatic method is based on cholin esterase inhibition by some metal ions. It was found out that the pres ence of metal ions in the visual reagent leads to decrease of the dete ction limit of organophosphorus compounds to the level 10(-12) g per s pot. The best results were obtained for Co2+ and slightly worse for Mg 2+ ions.
