Abstract
A solid phase method for the synthesis of oligonucleotide 3'-phosphate s using a alkylsulfonylethyl controlled pare glass support was develop ed. Using this support, the automated synthesis of oligonucleotides ca n be performed according to standard procedures and programs developed for phosphoroamidite and H-phosphonate methods.
