Abstract
The pedicled, extended serratus anterior musculocutaneous flap has bee n used as a pedicled flap for cervical contracture repair. This flap h as a long vascular pedicle, texture and color like those of the cervic al surface, and appropriate thickness, This article describes the anat omy of the flap and typical cases.
