The localization properties of a two-dimensional electron system in th
e presence of a random magnetic field an numerically studied by calcul
ating directly eigenstates of large systems. Analyzing eigenstates the
mselves gives precise information on the localization of wave function
s compared with that obtained from transport properties. The finite-si
ze scaling analysis for quasi-one-dimensional wave functions clearly s
hows that the single-parameter scaling hypothesis is valid for this sy
stem and all states are localized. Furthermore, an analysis based on t
he multifractality of a localized wave function also supports these re
sults.
