Abstract
We describe a case of pulmonary artery aneurysm in which clinical clue s and conventional imaging suggested a lung tumor, and the actual natu re of the lesion was discovered at the time of thoracotomy. This case shows the importance of an awareness of this condition in the formulat ion of a differential diagnosis for a lung mass.
