In terms of a piece by piece Linear polynomial and a linear spline, an
improved prism integration Is presented in the paper. In the innermos
t area, we divide the prism surface into 8 octants with a constant slo
pe, and integrate effects for each element analytically. In the outer
zones, the linear approximation is used for a quasi - numerical integr
ation of hyperbolic paraboloid surface element. This improved algorith
m to some degree provides a more accurate alternative to the simpler a
pplication of rectangular prisms without densification.
