Pure rotational spectra of O-16 isotopic species of H2O, HDO, and D2O
were measured with a high-resolution Fourier-transform spectrometer in
order to obtain better calibration line positions for high-resolution
spectroscopy. The number of assigned lines for HDO was similar to 380
and for H2O it was similar to 310 between 170 and 500 cm(-1). For D2O
, similar to 220 lines in the 110-420-cm(-1) region were assigned. The
calibration was performed with the highly accurate nu(2) band of carb
onyl sulfide. (C) 1995 Optical Society of America
