WEBER,MAX AND THE PROGRAM OF INSTITUTIONA L POLITICS

The ongoing interest in the work of Max Werber rests on the one side u pon the actuality of problems he raised, on the other side upon the me thodological basis of his suggestions for the solution of problems. Th erefore, his legacy is still open for inquiry. Among the open question s belongs the problematic of the analysis of institutions and the cont ribution to institutional politics Weber may offer. The article attemp ts to expose Weber's program for institution-building. It discusses sy stematically some dimensions of institutional analysis in relation to present political processes.
