Abstract
Analytical and numerical results are reported for the solution of the Lane-Emden (LE) equation by using the delta-perturbation technique. Th e Pade-approximants method is used to accelerate the convergence of th e power series. Comparison with some known exact results shows the acc uracy of the present solution.
