Abstract
Reactions of titanium(II) or zirconium(IV) chlorides with two or four equivalents of K[1,5-(Me(3)Si)(2)C5H5], respectively, lead to the diam agnetic 14-electron M[1,5-(Me(3)Si)(2)C5H5](2) complexes. Both have be en characterized analytically, spectroscopically, and through single c rystal X-ray diffraction studies.
