Abstract
By explicitly incorporating the spillover effects of technological tra nsfers into the host country's production activities, this paper argue s that the spillover effects of multinational corporations will in fac t reduce employment in the multinational sector and increase employmen t in the local sector, thereby increasing overall employment and incom e in the host country.
