Sa. Hashmi et S. Chandra, EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS ON A SODIUM-ION-CONDUCTING POLYMER ELECTROLYTE BASED ON POLY(ETHYLENE OXIDE)COMPLEXED WITH NAPF6, Materials science & engineering. B, Solid-state materials for advanced technology, 34(1), 1995, pp. 18-26
Poly(ethylene oxide)-NaPF6 polymer electrolytes have been studied by X
-ray diffraction, IR, differential thermal analysis, optical microscop
y, polarization, and impedance spectroscopic techniques. The material
is shown to be an ionic conductor with t(ion) approximate to 0.98, t(N
a+) approximate to 0.45 and t(anion) approximate to 0.53. The sigma vs
. 1/T curves show apparent Arrhenius behaviour below and above T-m.
