Abstract
Mechanoluminescence (ML) is optical integral emission over the range o f 200-600 nm resulting from the mechanical activation of lymphocytes o f spleen of C57BI/6 mice with Lewis' carcinoma in the result of ultras onic emission influence as well as centrofugal acceleration on the men tioned cells has some peculiarities as compared to analogous indices i n the intact animals. We noted the fact of multidirectional fluctuatio n in some sites of Mt spectrum of periferal blood lymphocytes (PBL) ov er the range of 242-600 nm from patients with nonsmall lung cancer, ch ronic pneumonia and practically healthy donors which is supposed to be used as additional diagnostic test of oncologic and inflammatory path ologies. In the experiments in vitro, it is shown the dependence of Mt DNA intensity on its concentration and on dose of polyamine (spermidi ne) incubated with it, and on the basis of that the possible interpret ation of the role of endogenic Mt DNA in the immunologic reactions in oncogenesis is offered.
