Abstract
This article reviews the use of systemic retinoids in the treatment of psoriasis. Various retinoids are discussed in the treatment of genera lized pustular psoriasis, exfoliative psoriasis, and plaque psoriasis, both in combination therapy and monotherapy. Dosing outlines, side ef fects, and recommended monitoring guidelines are reviewed.
