Abstract
A discussion of the anatomy, pathology, and function of the TFCC is pr ovided. The clinical signs and symptpms of TFCC injuries as well as th e value of various imaging modalities is discussed. Finally, the indic ations for arthroscopy and the techniques of arthroscopic diagnosis an d treatment of TFCC injuries is detailed.
