Abstract
The vicissitude of learning processes within the psychoanalytic system s of training are investigated. The emotional experiences of students and teachers have a decisive impact of the learning of psyche-analysis . Following Bion, the concept of learning from experience is presented . The multiple and conflictual experiences of the participants in the training system are discussed. The dialectic of fragmentation on the o ne hand and internal and external integration on the other is discusse d in detail. Some factors are identified which impede finding ways of linking the diverse learning processes in psychoanalytic training in a clear and differentiated way.
