Abstract
In this paper we obtain sufficient conditions under which every soluti on of the neutral differential equation with positive and negative coe fficients [x(t) - C(t)x(t -r)]' + P(t)x(t - tau) - Q(t)x(t - sigma) = 0. t greater than or equal to t(0), tends to a constant as t --> infin ity.
