Abstract
Photocurrents in molecularly doped polymers are modeled as random walk s with activated hopping in a Gaussian manifold of states. Special att ention is given to the deepest sites encountered per transit. The fiel d dependent mobility mu is found when M similar to 1-10 deep sites are rate limiting in transits with over 10(6) steps. The microscopic pict ure of multi-step releases based on many returns to deep sites leads t o In mu alpha root E in the equilibration regime.
