Abstract
Mammoscopy is a very promising technique that allows the endoscopic ev aluation of breast implant integrity and documentation of the conditio n of the breast implant in situ. Breast biopsy or nodular mass identif ication also can be accomplished endoscopically. This article reviews the techniques and materials needed as well as the limitations of thes e endoscopic procedures.
