Abstract
Endoscopic carpal tunnel release is a new technique that shows promise in reducing postoperative pain and in shortening return-to-work times . Endoscopic carpal tunnel release, however, is a technically exacting procedure that requires careful attention to detail to avoid known co mplications. This article reviews the author's experience with the Age e technique.
