Abstract
The hybrid liposomes (90 mol% DMPC/10mol% C-12(EO)(8) and 90 mol% DMPC /10 mol% C-12(EO)(12)) have a highly inhibitory action against the gro wth of tumor cells. The uniform and stable structure of the hybrid lip osomes was revealed on the basis of electron microscopy and dynamic li ght scattering measurements.
