Abstract
Actinomycosis osteitis is rare. We report a case of actinomycosis oste itis of skull basis in immunocompetent 38 years old male. Infection wa s developed from chronic otitis. Diagnosis was difficult and establish ed after surgical biopsy. Adequate surgical procedure and prolonged an tibiotic therapy with Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole were efficent.
