Abstract
A mask is presented which allows the administration of 100% oxygen, in halational anaesthetics, continuous positive airway pressure and inter mittent positive pressure ventilation during diagnostic airway endosco py and difficult intubation with a fibreoptic bronchoscope in paediatr ic patients. The mask is particularly useful in small or critically il l patients. It may also have its place in teaching situations.
