Pericardial involvement in Adamantiadis-Behcet's disease (ABD) is unco
mmon. A 14-year-old boy presented with fever of unknown origin, as the
initial and only manifestation of his disease. Other features were le
ukopenia, abdominal lymphadenopathy and asymptomatic pericarditis, whi
ch is a very rare finding of the disease. A review of pericarditis is
presented.
