Abstract
Addition of aldehydes to tile bis-lithio derivative of aminosulfone 1, followed by treatment of the resulting mixture with N,N'-carbonyl dii midazole gave phenylsulfonyloxazinones. Reduction by Na/Hg then afford ed almost pure (E)- allylamines.
