Abstract
We observed the central regions of M81 in J, H, and K bands. The posit ion angles and ellipticities of the isophotes confirm the presence of an inner triaxial bulge or minibar similar to 0.5 kpc in radius, rotat ed 10 degrees clockwise on the sky with respect to the major axis of t he outer bulge.
