Abstract
Recalcitrant warts are a common therapeutic problem. We used the 585 n m pulsed dye laser to treat flat, common, plantar/palnar, and periungu al warts that had failed to respond to keratolytic or destructive ther apy. Flat warts were most responsive, but all wart types had a signifi cant response to this benign treatment modality.
