Abstract
The theory of the interaction of charged particle beams with 2D electr on gas, located In the field of the delta-like potential well U(y) = U -0 delta(y) has been developed. The kinetic equation for plasmons in 2 D electron gas is obtained; the conditions of arising of their instabi lity are given and the expressions for the growth tate of plasmons are found.
