Abstract
Some physicochemical properties of two endoglucanases and a cellobiohy drolase of Clostridium thermocellum isolated from recombinant Escheric hia coli strains were investigated. The optimal conditions for synergi sm in hydrolysis of carboxymethylcellulose and microcrystalline cellul ose were determined.
