Abstract
Nonlinear optical properties of dense excitonic systems in ZnSe-ZnxMg1 -xSySe1-y single quantum wells have been studied by means of time-reso lved nonlinear luminescence spectroscopy, based on an excitation corre lation technique. The enhancement in luminescence efficiency of biexci tons was clearly observed in a time-correlation trace of nonlinear bie xciton luminescence. The origin of the enhancement was attributed to t he stimulation of biexciton luminescence.
