The rectification coefficient for a quantum dot is calculated taking i
nto account the electron interactions which are modeled by the Anderso
n Hamiltonian. It is shown that the rectification coefficient reflects
the energy spectrum of the dot electrons. Another set of peaks (compa
red to the case without interactions) appears corresponding to the upp
er energy level due to the electron correlations. The peak heights are
related to the average number of electrons in the dot which enters in
to the density of states for the interacting well electrons.
