Abstract
The FT-infrared spectrum of a polycrystalline sample of the defect per ovskite Ca-0.85,Sr-0.85,CuO2, was analyzed by means of a factor group analysis. The general results are consistent with those previously rep orted from a single crystal IR-reflectivity measurement. The values fo r the two out of plane A(2u) modes are reported for the first time.
