In this paper, a new sufficient condition of stability robustness for
the LQG active suspension systems subject to disturbance/noise uncerta
inties and nonlinear/linear time-varying plant perturbations is presen
ted. The proposed new sufficient condition provides a quantitative mea
sure for automotive designers to design the LQG active suspension syst
ems with robustness properties. An illustrated example is given to dem
onstrate the applicability of the proposed new method.
