Abstract
Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome is an acquired illness with ocular, cuta neous, and/or neurologic features. A 4-year-old child who acutely deve loped visual disturbances and headache and was found to have serous re tinal detachments and aseptic meningitis is presented, Improvement was rapid with corticosteroid therapy, This is the youngest reported pati ent with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome.
