Abstract
The highest efficacy was obtained with a concentration of 26 mg/l of q uinaldine. This concentration allows to maintain the anaesthesia durin g 100 seconds. After maintaining the fish for 30 minutes in the recove ry tank, the animal must be moved to clean water.
