Abstract
X-ray diffraction and its theoretical simulation were used to characte rize morphological evolution that takes place in permalloy-silver mult ilayers as the outcome of thermal annealing treatments. Resistivity an d magnetoresistivity measurements were performed in order to obtain ad ditional insight into the results.
