Abstract
The x-ray photoelectron valence-band spectrum and x-ray emission valen ce-band spectra, (Ti K beta(5), Ti L alpha, O K alpha) of Bi4Ti3O12 ar e presented (analyzed in the common energy scale) and interpreted on t he basis of a band-structure calculation for an idealized I4/mmm struc ture of this material.
