Abstract
The mycological analysis of 60 samples of cow hair, layer-strains and broiler feather showed the high prevalence of Aspergillus flavus, A. f lavus var. columnaris, Chrysosporium indicum, Scopulariopsis brevicaul is and Paecilomyces variotii. The common fungi in the flooring materia ls under cows and chickens included several species belonging to Asper gillus, Emericella, Eurotium, Mucor, Penicillium, Rhizopus, Scopulario psis, Chrysosporium and others. The monthly fluctuations in the counts of total fungi in the flooring materials were almost irregular rangin g from 16.6 to 183.3 colonies/mg dry sample.
