Aa. Kosov et Ve. Shilov, INVESTIGATION OF SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITI ON USING THE ANDERSON-HUBBARD MODEL, Fizika nizkih temperatur, 22(9), 1996, pp. 1032-1041
Within the two-orbital Hubbard model, the formulas are derived for a s
pectrum of fermion excitations in the energy bands hybridized by the A
nderson interaction. Using the Hubbards operators diagonalizing the on
e-node part of Hamiltonian made it possible to take into account the i
nternodal hopping term by means of Green's temperature functions when
studying the superconducting properties of the model. Based on conside
ration of the low-lying part of the energy spectrum, a formula has bee
n obtained for the superconducting transition temperature T-c resultin
g from the paired quasiparticles in one of the correlated bands. The d
ependence of T-c upon the electron concentration and energy parameters
defining intratomic correlations is studied. A conclusion has been ma
de regarding applicability of the model considered to describe organic
superconductors.
