The results of an investigation of hysteresis properties of spin glass
es (SG) based on diluted ferromagnetic oxides Li0,5Fe2,5-xGaxO4 are gi
ven after precooling of the samples in magnetic field H-0 = 100 Oe dow
n to T = 4.2 K, a shift of hysteresis loops has been observed for a pu
re (x = 1.7) SG as well as for a mixed state (x = 1.45), the ferrimagn
etic SG) at T = 4.2 K that is an indication of the unidirectional anis
otropy, As in the case of classical Au-Fe alloy-type SGs, no such effe
cts have been observed at temperatures below the freezing point, T-f.
The mechanisms responsible for a formation of the hysteretic propertie
s and unidirectional anisotropy are considered. The conclusion is made
that in the objects under consideration the states of the SG-type are
formed due to competitive exchange interactions and anisotropy, perha
ps, is a stabilizing factor.
